trinity college, home to the book of kells, a gospel book dating to about 800 A.D. the book was displayed in the college library (no pictures were allowed), and one page is turned each day for visitors to view the text and see the amazing and intricate artwork.

the library was definately the highlight of trinity college. the book of kells display and museum, along with the
long room, containing the college's oldest literature and sculptures of famous philosophers, authors, playwrites, artists, and poets.
